The company 4C Services was founded in 2017 by Jorge Gutierrez, an ambitious and talented entrepreneur from Mexico. The company began operations by working on deficiencies and renovation services for developers, and by now, 4C renovation specialists have extended their services list.
Day to day 4C Services team works with big and small developers and provides maintenance for commercial, residential, and strata buildings in Downtown, North Vancouver and West Vancouver.
Jorge is able not only to organize an effective and uninterrupted workflow but also enjoys rolling up his sleeves and participate in the process by himself, showing a great example of a hard worker. He sees the goal and sees no excuses! So, he managed to set up a solid credo of 4C Services, which is getting the job done fast, effective, and professional. The 4C Services team is striving to do their job right from the first time and provide the best service in Vancouver.

Jorge has been in the construction and renovation industry for more than 8 years. So, working for one of the biggest renovation companies in Vancouver in the past, he developed his passion for the renovation of homes and other spaces that need to be brought to perfection.

Miriam Orellana
Supervisor
Miriam is a responsible supervisor in our team. She is an expert in painting services, floor installation & repairs, countertop repairs, mullions repairs, baseboard & casings installation, drywall installation & repairs. Having a lawyer education and experience of working in the office environment back in Mexico, she is happy to utilize her organizational and management skills by organizing the workflow and providing the best services for our clients according to their needs.
Marty Morin
Supervisor
Marty has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry in Canada. So, as a supervisor, he is in charge of the team management. Besides that, he is also an expert in mullions repairs, painting services, auto bodywork, floor installation & repairs, drywall installation & repairs, baseboard & casings installation. He has a great personality and a positive attitude that makes it easy for him to work with people, interact with clients, and maintain a smooth workflow.
Jacek Boniek
Carpenter
Jacek is a Red Seal carpenter and framer from Poland. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (BCIT). Having extensive experience in the field, he brings his practical skills for carpeting, framing, painting services, as well as for drywall installation & repairs. He is very supportive and always ready to help any other team member, even if it’s out of his duties list. In addition, his sense of humor also makes our mutual work a great experience.
